Founder and Principal
Andrew Boardman is the founder, lead designer and driving force behind Manoverboard. Trained in fine arts, he gravitated to design after working for the Rockefeller Foundation and Oven Digital in New York City. “Saving the world one design at a time” is Andrew’s personal mission. He serves in the capacity of Vice President on the Board of the Manitoba Chapter of the Graphic Designers of Canada. Andrew received a BA in Art and English from Brown University and holds an MFA from the State University of New York.
Vava Buitenkant is Founder and Creative Director of Buitenkant Advertising & Design, an award winning creative agency serving corporate clients and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Buitenkant established the agency in 1990 after a decade of advertising agency experience on Madison Avenue. Her former clients include Orrefors Crystal, Diners Club, Showtime Networks, Bankers Trust, Tourneau, Liz Claiborne, USA Networks, Chase Manhattan Bank, Hennessy Cognac, Steinway & Sons, Tiffany, Corning Glassworks, The New Yorker, Hilton International Hotels and IBM. A member of AIGA and NAPW, Ms. Buitenkant’s work has been honored in The Creativity Awards Annual, Graphic Design USA Magazine and The Big Book of Design Ideas. She also received honorable mentions for her work in The Wall Street Journal. A frequent guest lecturer at Parsons School of Design, Ms. Buitenkant received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
Harriet R. Goren
Harriet Goren Design
As Creative Director of Harriet R. Goren Design, Harriet Goren designs websites, corporate identity and print promotional materials for a wide range of clients and industries. Working both solo and in partnership with a network of technical developers, printers, photographers and writers, her clients include small businesses, non-profits, large corporations, and everything in between. Harriet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.

For the last 15 years, Paul Jarvis has designed and developed web sites for Fortune 500 companies, bestselling authors and entrepreneurs with online empires. Mr. Jarvis brings an authentic passion, creativity and clarity to every project.
Victoria Larimore has more than 20 years of experience as writer, ghostwriter and editor for special reports and presentations for Wall Street giants, including Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, PaineWebber, Lehman Brothers, UBS, Brown Brothers Harriman and Credit Lyonnais. Some of her other corporate clients include Disney, American Reinsurance and TheStreet.com. Her financial writing experience is in a variety of areas, including equities, fixed-income, emerging markets and derivatives. Ms. Larimore is also a film producer and TV writer, and prides herself on being able to bring even the driest material to life.

Howard Levy is an award-winning designer and brand strategist who has been helping nonprofits improve their marketing, fundraising and design for the past 20 years. Working on national, regional and local levels, he has helped organizations to define marketing and fundraising strategies, develop strong brands, create compelling websites, and launch award-winning publications that appeal to donors. He is currently the founder and president of the Nonprofit Brand Institute and the co-producer of “Ask the Expert” events for nonprofits.
For over twenty years, Nancy Moon’s influential work for high profile events and charitable causes, consumer products, top sports figures, business and green initiatives has garnered recognition for its creativity and effectiveness. Marketing & Strategy Consultant
Laura Siner works with clients to address marketing, strategy and organizational development needs. For the past 25 years, she has managed projects across a range of industries, mostly focused in financial services and healthcare. Laura specializes in identifying key issues through one-on-one interviews with the target audiences and relevant stakeholders. During the early part of her career, Ms. Siner was Managing Consultant for Orion Consultants, a financial management consulting firm. Laura graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/ Organizational Behavior and received an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University with concentrations in Marketing and Management.
Ira Sitomer is a seasoned copywriter with over 30 years experience at some of New York’s top agencies such as Young & Rubicam, Foote Cone & Belding and Saatchi & Saatchi as well as smaller shops such as Digitas and McCann-Erikson Direct. He has created both verbal and visual solutions for nearly all kinds of products and services in all media. Some of Mr. Sitomer’s former clients are Jell-O, People Magazine, Wall Street Journal, AT&T Wireless, American Express, Forbes, Barrons, The Hartford, All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (ANA Airways) and Capitol One. His particular penchant for tag lines includes “Get Watched” for Tourneau Timepieces, “We Deliver” for the US Postal Service, “Escape By Books” for The New York Public Library Summer Reading Program, and “Call Me If You’re At A Loss For Words” which is Mr. Sitomer’s own calling card.
Lydia K. Sugarman

Lydia Sugarman is CEO and Founder of Venntive, a powerful and comprehensive suite of marketing, sales, social media management and collaboration tools that provide businesses and individuals with the ability to build brands online. Ms. Sugarman started her career in syndicated television program sales. She launched the first online women’s cycling magazine and founded PrivateLabel Interactive, an email marketing consultancy and solution provider. Her diverse sales and marketing expertise has helped her work with a wide variety of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, to grow a significant online presence. Lydia majored in Biological Sciences and minored in History and Philosophy at University of Kentucky.
